D. Mechanics:
1. From November 27, 2020 to May 27, 2021, a unique discount voucher code will be sent to each JuanLife member via SMS and email.
2. Using the voucher code, a JuanLife member can avail a 20% discount for every minimum single purchase of P500 worth of products at any participating Sarabia Optical branch.
3. To avail of the discount, the JuanLife member must present to the Sarabia Optical cashier a digital or printed copy of the SMS or email from JuanLife which indicates their unique discount voucher code.
4. The discount can be availed by the JuanLife member within the 6-month period indicated in the voucher they received.
5. Each voucher code will be for multiple-use of the JuanLife member during the 6-month availment period.
6. Each voucher code is transferable to family members of JuanLife members.
7. Only active JuanLife members within the 6-month discount voucher distribution period are qualified to avail of the discount.
8. This discount is valid for purchase of regular items and should not be used in conjunction with other promotions in participating Sarabia Optical stores
